This section offers information on three�important issues recently discussed in COSAC by the European Affairs Committees of national Parliaments.
First, information�is made available on the�planned
ratification procedures in the 25 Member States for the approval of the Constitutional Treaty.�
Secondly, information concerning the
scrutiny procedures of the European Affairs Committees of the national Parliaments�is�provided via links to the appropriate sections of the websites of national Parliaments.
Finally,�there is a�section that presents information on the foreseen�procedures to be put in place�in national Parliaments�with regard to the�internal monitoring of the subsidiarity principle under the new
early warning system.
